Testimonial - Stress reduction

June 5, 2020

What was the problem? I was running on empty.

What frustrated you? Not being able to switch off and relax.

What is different about EFT? It was so positive and I could feel a difference straight away.

What did it feel like to solve the issue? It was such a weight off my mind.

What is life like now? Calmer as I know I have the answer to whatever I need deal with.

Anxiety and stress

June 25, 2019

I unfortunately know only too well the physical and emotional effects of anxiety. Mine was mostly work related but as you know anxiety and stress can come from many sources and usually more than one at a time.

I only wish I had known then, what I know now. I found out about EFT at the beginning of 2018 and have never looked back. I have tried lots of things to help to stay calm and grounded but really this is the best things I have found.

It is effective at neutralising stressors, big and small. That in itself is helpful enough but the effects are cumulative which means it can stop stressful events and situations layering one on top of another until it all gets too much.

Nearly all of the work I have done with clients on anxiety usually just takes one session.

August 6, 2019

I have had really good results with phobias using EFT, all the clients I have seen so far have only required one session.

The treatment works in the same way whether it be for dentists, needles, lifts, flying, crocodiles, wasps, snakes, balloons, the list goes on and on.

Please feel free to get in touch with any questions, Justine

Fear of driving (or certain aspects of it)

January 21, 2020

Say there was someone you knew who found driving completely unnerving. Maybe there’s just something in particular that really causes them stress or anxiety. It may have been a bad experience in the past - something they are struggling to forget.

They may have told you about this fear and will do whatever they can to avoid having to drive. Maybe they can’t even contemplate being a passenger. Or perhaps they haven’t shared their phobia with you at all, and they just try their best to cope.

I would guess they would love to rid themselves of this fear and move on.

Past events have a habit of staying with you in the ‘here and now’.

But tapping is a gentle yet powerful antidote to releasing a past trauma so that it no longer troubles you, day to day.

If you know someone who might be in this situation (or is experiencing something similar) please urge them to try tapping therapy – it’s quick, effective and can help them overcome their anxiety, for good.

Coronavirus Anxiety

April 20, 2020

I think we are all feeling a bit weird at the moment. I am managing most of the time then keep having the odd ‘wobble’. Lots of friends and associates are saying they have been having flat days too. People have reported feeling guilt, boredom, panic and of course anxiety.

Because I have been using EFT for a couple of years now my anxiety levels about the coronavirus have been quite low. However I would love to be able to help anyone out there who is not finding it so easy. I would like to share the secret of how to stay calm in a crisis, or for every day of the rest of your life.
